Premium Trading is an agro-food import-export company, specialized in wholesale, that is to say, goods intended for a clientele mainly composed of wholesalers, manufacturers, cash & carry, and catering chains. In order to maintain a certain form of ethics with our customers, we do not deal directly with restaurateurs. Indeed, it would be like marketing with our customers’ customers.
If you are an independent restaurateur, we are able to redirect you to one of our clients, thanks to our considerable presence throughout France.
However, if you represent a restaurant chain, with an organization comparable to that of a wholesaler we will be able to satisfy your needs.
At Premium Trading, the minimum order is set at 1 pallet. However, this minimum can vary according to your specific requests. It is possible, in some ways, to produce variegated pallets, for this please contact our sales department:

Because we strive to do our utmost to meet deadlines so that you always have your orders on time, and thanks to our permanent stock of at least 1000 pallets, we guarantee deliveries in 48H to 72H* from the validation of the order for metropolitan France, and from 2 to 10 days* depending on the destinations for deliveries outside metropolitan France.
*These deadlines are valid to the extent of available stocks and may be subject to variations beyond our control
With all the different types of oil that can exist, it is sometimes difficult to find your way around. But for frying, one thing is certain: the oil must be able to withstand very high temperatures. Unfortunately, not all oils can do this, as some can degrade or even be harmful at such high temperatures.
To obtain a sample of the product of your choice, you should contact our sales department. If the product is available at our premises, we will be happy to let you test it.
When you are confronted with a non-compliance on a product or an order, it is to our quality service that you must turn to:

To ensure that our employees can respond to your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following:
- A photo of the non-compliance found
- The name of the product, with its batch number and its DLC
- Quantity affected by non-compliance
Our quality service knows how to be very reactive and is committed to communicating to you a complete traceability of your order, product or batch number between 24H and 48H.
At Premium Trading we offer 4 payment methods:
- Proforma transfer before delivery
- Pre-authorized payment 30d after receipt of order, subject to credit insurance approval
Please note, the first 3 orders must be paid in proforma invoice in advance
The entire Premium Trading team is at your disposal throughout the year, from Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm.
Since a large part of our customer portfolio is located in the Île-de-France region, we have decided to permanently store our products in the same region.
